Rolls & Responsibility of HR Executive
Recruitment Process:
1)Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely recruitment of staff.
2)Prepare and put up advertisements for job vacancy in free websites, news papers, etc.
3)Liaise with Recruitment Agency for recruitment.
Employment Process:
1)Prepare Letter of Offer/KET for shortlisted candidate Inform and liaise with candidate to sign Letter of Offer and to provide necessary documents, Bank Account, qualification certificates, testimonials etc.
2)Arrange workplace, computer, office equipment/stationery, PPE.
3)Create the new worker/staff information in HR system Work Pass Process Familiar with MOM work pass procedures in terms of application of Work Permit and S Pass for foreign candidate.
4)Inform the candidate of the approved WP/S Pass.
5)Arrange candidate to go for medical check up and other MOM required process.
6)Arrange security bond before e-issue of the approved in principle letter Cancel WP when worker end their contract.
7)Apply for waiver of WP levy when worker returns for home leave.
Payroll Process:
1)Assist in uploading TMS to payroll, check and ensure accuracy of the TMS records.
2)Ensure all supporting documents for payroll are filed in the payroll file audit purposes.
Training Administration:
Training Administration:
1)Monitor and update the list of training courses attended by the worker and staff.
2)Source and register the staff for the training course approved by Management.
3)Highlight to Management on compulsory required training courses for workers/staff.
4)Arrange and make payment to training organizer upon registration.
5)Inform staff on the date and venue of the training courses.
6)File the certificates in the worker/staff personal file upon completion of the training course as part of projects submission.
7)To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Skills Require for HR Executive:
1)Proven work experience as an HR Executive.
2)Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
3)Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
4)Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities.
5)Solid communication skills.
