The solution delivers complete replication of machine behavior, cutting unproductive time and preventing programming errors that can lead to collisions. Built on the digital-native SINUMERIK ONE CNC platform, it incorporates a Digital Twin of both the control system and the customized DMG MORI machine tool, enhancing sustainability, flexibility, and time-to-market.

The Digital Twins are tailored to customer-specific requirements, providing flexible simulation options ranging from basic NC program checks to advanced CAM validations. For example, machine operators can use a Digital Twin package to create NC programs on their PC with Run MyVirtual Machine and run collision checks without occupying the physical machine. At the same time, CAM users can design complex parts in a CAD environment and validate their programs quickly and efficiently.
